Ordered a couple of boxes of Porphys and the terminals from triple helix. Also some loyalist dice, because you can never have too many, and alternate colours are useful.

I also got the loyalist and traitor strat decks and the loyalist legendary titans from GW. Grabbed a set each of the plasma warlord and melta reaver sprue too.

Quite an expensive start to the day!

For the porphys, people are already drawing up house rules on Facebook. The models are great so if we can come up with a set of rules to make them actually playable, all will be well.

Really just follow their 30k/7th ed rule

Magna Lascannon : range 24, 2 Attack, no blast.

Ionstorm rocket : range 24, 1 attack, blast 5", no rapid

Helios Missile : range 20, 2 attack S5.

Now I wonder how Specialist Game is gonna handle the Mechanicum Knight weapons? As It seem to be what coming up next after Cerastus upgrade, and their guns (against titans) are either useless or shield stripper as best.

Sure, they’re just meant for some hot knight-on-knight action.

I’m looking forward to having some ranged punch in my household list but those weapons are cheaper than I thought.

I've lost track of Titanicus news due to a heav workload so far this year, is there any sign of a Legio Astorum decals sheet? if so any sign which Knight household is included? My Titans are about two thirds done and the knights are there waiting to see what colour they'll end up being.

Nope!  The last transfers previewed were Tempestus and Atarus... and those have not come out yet.

How many sets of dice one might need??? :teehee:  I will definitely get one Traitor set, and one box of the Acastus too...

Now the only thing that's missing is painting all the stuff I hoarded in the last months.

Nah, they're anti-infantry weapons, just like Inferno Cannon and Acheron Flame Cannon. But those 2 got boosted to Titan-melting level. So we'd probably see similar things like that.

Still baffled me that they prioritized their time and resource to make them, instead of the one Knight suit that was made to destroy Titan : Atropos.

The Atropos is what I thought you meant, is that meant to fight titans or other smaller Mechanicus engines?

Also I hope you all didn’t buy all the new stuff up yet, US preorders haven’t gone up yet. We are the biggest market and we’re last...

Nah, Mechanicum Knight is Magaera and Styrix, Specialist game team are making them, but unsure about doing them as plastic or resin, as upgrade kit or entire new kit.

Atropos was made for big game hunting, any targets that is big.

But honestly if one weapon can punch through Knights effortlessly, it can punch through Titan. In the lore they have horde of Knight Errant taking down Imperartor Titans here and there, and the Thermal Cannon is way weaker than what the Atropos had.

Went with 2 boxes of Acastus, terminals, loyalist cards and terminals and loyalist dice. Also got a box Cerastus as well so I’ll have two banners of each class.

Expensive Saturday and I’ve just realised Marvel Unlimited Alliance 3 is out next week...

Mmyeah, not feeling the urge to spend on cardboard when it's a distinct possibility they'll get a points hike later down the line and printing has been invented.

Got two boxes of chunky boiis though, they are just the cutest :P

I think knight terminals should be totally redesigned. There’s no need for a terminal for each banner - just a damage track. You should have a single terminal for questoris, cerastus and Acastus knights, each with a row of damage tracks for banner 1, banner 2 and so on.

Dunno why I keep trying to make lists 1500 or 2000 each, old habit I guess.

Edit:  Acastus Scions are also Command 5+ so I don't need a pair of lancers in the Acastus banners

So... I'm confused... People run lists of 100% knights and don't run any Titans?

Yes, there are rules for that in the Molech book. It’s effectuvel a separate army list in which you have “lances”, made up of three banners of knights each, rather than maniples of titans. You can’t have maniples and lances together.

Fajita, I would build lances around the order I wanted them to do. So castigators and wardens to do coordinated fire. Lancers and errants to full stride/charge, Acastus together on first fire or split fire. Paladins don’t need orders so maybe just run those independently to gain activations, like your freeblade banner.
