The first one is the first painted version, the second one is the current reworked version. Â EDIT: the second guy was awful because the miniature itself was too 'dirty' - it got too much uneven and rough places that were horrible to paint. I think the head is a bit boring from the front angle though where you can't see his horns very well. Have you considered doing a bit of freehand on his head?
