You know you are a sister's player when the raving hordes of Chaos players continue to whip themselves into more of a frenzy over how neglected they are.  Ever increasing in volume and angst.  While the sister players have become more calm and patient accepting their trials secure with the knowledge that the Emperor rewards the faithful.

Have you guys noticed this too? Am I the only one? :tongue.:

There is no faith in Chaos.

Precisely! The left pinky of my Sister Hospitaller has more (hobby) faith than all the Chaos players in the world combined.

I realized I should qualify that, since I am in no way talking about real life religious faith.

You know you're a Sisters of Battle player when you want to purge the fandom with promethium cringe every time a fan of the creator's pets claims they "need" an update.

I'm assuming you're talking about the Space Marines.

Don't see how vanilla Marines need an update, since they basically got one with Angels of Death. The non-codex chapters tend to feel a little left out, since GW is consistently inconsistent with how they write Space Marine codices within each edition.

Still, at least they have a 7th edition codex. :biggrin.: Although I really think our 'dex is fine.

You're assuming right. It's hard for me to find their complaining justified considering they have five codices to themselves and like a hundred different plastic boxes when every other faction gets one codex and that's it.

And by "hard," I mean I wouldn't do it even it it was easier than finding water in the ocean. :tongue.:

You know you're a (very bitter) Sisters of Battle player when you just can't forgive the existence of more than one marine codex.

Well, Blood Angels happen to be the army that got me into this game, and I can say that most BA players on this forum seem to have a certain jealousy/distaste of the Generic SM codex. I don't think you can really lump all the marine codicies together like that. I certainly think of my Blood Angels army as a Blood Angels army, not a Space Marine army.

I would compare rolling all the marine armies together to rolling sisters into a codex with Inquisition and possibly GK and Deathwatch *shiver* can't tell you how much I hate that idea.

On the other hand, the upgrade from supplements to separate codicies for BA, DA, SW, and even BT did happen in the same edition we got a white dwarf dex.

I disagree but I've derailed this thread enough.

You know you're a Sisters of Battle player when you wish the upcoming Will of Iron comic was about the Adepta Sororitas instead of Dark Angels. Preferably featuring the Order of the Fiery Heart, to unlock the Niche ALL THE THINGS achievement.

I get why you would disagree. It's just a little harder to think about your army loosing their codex than it is some army you don't play. The main issue is that I don't want to lose any of the BAs unique units, which would probably happen when they got rolled in to C:SM.

I think I'm just inside the 30 day limit before this becomes threadomancy. In any case, I don't think anyone wants this thread gone forever.

. . . when you're playing Cards Against Humanity (much of which is very non-family friendly) and you think of the Sisters:

You know you're a Sisters of Battle player when On a Mission from God plays out whenever you set out to achieve something.

And neighbors have stopped complaining about being woken up during the night each time you went to the little sororitas' room after you burned the most vocal ones' house to cinders after locking them inside.

Can't decide whether I should like this post or not . . .

well, the Blues Brothers reference on it's own is more than enough to deserve a like, I suppose.

You know you're a Sisters player when you're really looking forward to playing Kill Team after reading more than a few times that Sisters are supposed to do well at low point games (apparently).

That and because, well, despite everything, Sisters players always show up somewhere, some how. Always :happy.:

And, by the grace of the Emperor, we shall endure!

You know your a Sisters Player when your friend want a mirror match and proxies their marines, and they fall in love with the idea of so much flame and melta - and all you do is nod and smile as the Emperor's Light flow's into a believer.

You know that your a Sisters player when; You win a action for the better part of 9 Penitent Engines and you think "Now I have and even dozen of burny death machines." as apposed to thinking "Oh *bleep*! Now I have to build 11 more of those bastards."

I think three is enough for me...for now :laugh.:

You know you're a Sisters player when you hurry down to the local GW to buy a Kill Team box, just so you can get an entry to the Kill Team event held this Sunday.

To play as Sisters! :laugh.:

Also, you know you're a Sisters player, when you get confirmation that each and every single Sisters model gets to use their corresponding Act of Faith in Kill Team and rejoice!

...and when reading this made you smile and almost weep while in the subway :)

From whence did this confirmation come? I would love to have an official anwser to cite for this

Official Warhammer 40,000 page, although the page itself hasn't confirmed it yet :sad.:

I really need to know by Sunday. I don't want to use them if I can't use them.
