As such, I've been able to take some better photos of my Space Wolves, with better lighting. By way of motivation, I thought I'd post them here! The Mad Hermit Posted June 12, 2017 Share Posted June 12, 2017 I've taken an inventory of all my Wolves stuff and have decided that I'm going to follow your example and do up the first squads of Blood Claws and Grey Hunters with the pads from the boxes. Go for it! :) The only thing I would say, is after the fact, while I'm pleased with the result, it feels a bit too uniform for my Wolves. I *almost* wish I'd used blank pads and freehanded the pack markings, as I've done with the Plasma pack of Grey Hunters. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
The Mad Hermit Posted June 12, 2017 Share Posted June 12, 2017 I have so many squads/packs to build that I'll get more than enough of a chance to freehand the pack markings. :) Four Grey Hunter packs, a Skyclaws pack, a Swiftclaws pack, two boxes of TWC, a box of Wulfen and the pack of (15) Blood Claws that I've already started on.... That's not counting the characters, dreads, and the land speeder I have might very well end up in Wolves colors (and all the Rhinos/Razorbacks and LRC that I've collected). It's going to be quite a project. I plan on posting a WIP plog here on the B$C, also, especially after seeing all of your inspiring work! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

This project was a blast, and I really appreciated all your positive comments and encouragement. As we move into the age of Primaris Space Marines, I couldn’t help feel the Old Marines were looking tired and inadequate next to the new hotness (just my personal opinion, not to everyone’s tastes, I know), so I decided to start fresh and do an all, or as close to all as possible, Primaris Space Wolves army. They’re a back burner project for now, while other things are on the go, but I will be returning to them in full force soon. Thanks again all!
