While I am between solid and liquid elementary states during this year’s Advanced Life Support Exercises with  40  C outside, I’d like to day hello to Dos!

I am also contacting my agent to have someone sell my draft of

“The Hunt for  Red Orktobaa” to Netflix and have them cast Tom Cruise as the Red Gobbo…

Good old solidus phase state. Stay frosty, the heat has been murderous everywhere this summer!

Yup.
Heat’s really not helping…while I have trouble focusing on things I SHOULD be doing, it makes my brain  go off to either find a way to make an not very subtle Metal Gear reference  pair of AL operators  out of that or just go full Dakka on it and have a pair  of Ork Kommandos under those handles go hunting for Tom Cruise, err, the Red Gobo…

Hmm. Depends on the 'look' you're really going for.

Have a look at these and think which you lean towards. Kind of like the "inkblot" test...?

MR - Kerr Restal will be 3. But I can't get it into my character post.

The problem with Cruise in a sub is that there isn't any room for him to do his trademarked "run so they can't see that you are short" sequences.

Thought that was Nick Cage had the running scene in his contracts..?

Try Copy Image Link and pasting.

If not, D/L it, then upload it to your gallery, then copy image link.

Link to the pic is still busted mate. Not sure why, and I don't know what's going on with it, might a query in the tech specs forum at this point. At least the OOC has the pic, so we have an idea of his overall look.

Mostly Necromunda stuff, which I find give a lot of options for characters and kitbashing.

Body- Delaque Psi-Gheist snake handler

Arms- GSC Neophyte Hybrids

Left hand- Delaque Psi-Gheist psychomancer harness hand

Right hand- Orlock sawed-off shotgun, with the magazine tube extension cut off to make a stub auto

I use quite a lot of them for my Inquisition forces/warbands and just general side-project paints.  The FW stuff is great for individual unique models, but I've come to really like the standard gangs. They have an unfortunate issue with limited sculpts- each gang box contains 10 models but only 5 unique bodies, and some of the gangs are difficult to kitbash easily without a lot of conversion work. I've worked with Orlock, Delaque, Cawdor, and the Palanite Enforcers and most are just fun to make/paint. The Delaque arms are atrocious though- they are fairly slim but have these very front-heavy guns, it looks like their wrists will break with each shot..

Yep, working for me too.

I think we're all just getting used to how the board works...

EDIT: Speaking of which - I just worked out how to align board text and pictures....

  1. Make sure in Edit Mode for the post (Duh, but you know)
  2. Insert Picture (this works with 'copy link' images too
  3. DOUBLE-CLICK the picture, context menu will appear allowing alteration of aspect ratio etc etc
  4. Select your Alignment from Left, Centre, Right
  5. Text below your picture will continue to indent left as per formatting bar.
