Auto correct made me look a fool again!

*this build sponsored by monster energy drinks*

Due to the black and green ^^

hehe happens to the best of us, i just live with my horrible spelling mistakes instead ;)  and i really like green and black, noting to do with monster tough.

Looks good Thamier, The GS on the chest is pretty awesome. With regard to the hand, have you tried an open palm? It may give more of a sense of movement :smile.:

Nemac

i tried mocking up some different might have to fiddle a bit more, thanks a lot

Great herald! The skull shoulder pad is amazing. On regards of the marine, I would try to make him look like if he's throwing a grenade, with his arm extended backwards and frag/krak grenade on hand. If you don't like the idea you could go for the same pose that you have now but with an ammo clip on the hand for the bolt pistol, though the plain fist is already fine.

Thanks i got that shoulderpad  from legion of the damned ^^ throwing a grenade is a good idea even considered him holding a empty bolter or magazine but grenades work too sounds very action pose so might be perfect.

Or the Assault Squad box I think :smile.:

Nah, the new Assault Squad doesn't have separate hand/arm bits, and definitely no hands holding anything but weapons, and the Vanguard don't have anything outside different weapons. The Sternguard I believe do, and the Devastator box has a bunch of different empty hands for both left/right arms (though I can't recall seeing any grenades.) The Blood Angels Tactical Squad I believe has one, and the Sanguinary Guard I think, but in both cases the hand is slightly smaller and has a blood drop on it in the Tac Squad(which isn't a huge deal, but if you're a little bit OCD when it comes to assembling, the size can matter a fair bit) and, like all the Sanguinary Guard hands, the one in that box has a bit of a cutout to make them fit with the arm, and, as I said before, the newer Tactical Squad has one. Outside of those, I don't think there are any others when it comes to multi-part plastic Space Marine kits (though I haven't bought a box of the Deathwatch Veterans yet... I would hazard a guess that there's one in there, seeing as none of the models can hold a bolter two-handed...)

Looking fantastic, mate! The new shin armour is great, and that Bloodreaver helmet works like a charm!

the shin armour bit isent really new just dindt have a mould of the original until now, so thought i use it :)

and also thought the reaver helmet works pretty well, thanks ks.

Wow. New chin armour looks rgeat indeed. I also love his left weapon arm. The right arm looks a bit off to me - the plasma guns on the side need a bit more contact with the main weapon, imo. Still, your obliterators are the stuff of legends. :tu:

hehe i tought the plasma arm was pretty cool compared with the lascannon, but i see what you mean, im gonna add a few greenstuff details too him and go over that bit too so he be good, and about them being legends i still dont know how much they should be worth, have cast a few in resin and some of the old pressmoulded greystuff ones, ppl been asking to buy some but no idea what to say :/

never been good at that kind of thing.

Awesome work! It puts the existing GW model to shame.

thank you Sgt. Blank, the GW oblits are nicely made bit the look of them is just not apealing to most chaos players, its a shame really.

Hmmm... A tiny bit you've made to continue your scratch built warhound project that you started so long ago? Just kidding, though that would be awesome. No idea what it could be...

no afraid not, and the rumors of a plastic warhound titan kinda put it on hold for a while.

The stsrt to something great?

i sure hope so

A Crutch-like backpack-armature for twisted Maloghurst ?

not quite its a 40k chaos thing

Hmm, the start of a jump pack? Please illuminate us :D

it does go on the back, like this

That ;looks pretty fantastic to me, buddy. Nice work! I can't believe how good you are with plasticard and guitar string. That stuff always seems so fiddly to me.

About pricing your obliterators. You've created them for yourself, so you could skimp on the R&D costs for them. So your pice should be based on the cost of materials + time to create them (including time to get the materials). Resin can be somewhat cheap, but seeing as you probably have only one mold for each of them, you're bound to waste resin. Of course you can make it exclusive to certain hobby buddies. But if you seriously want to get into selling them, perhaps you can ask Subtle Discord for some advice. :) :tu:

thanks Augustus, the only drawback of working with plastic card is the mess, tons of tiny plastic bits and dust all over, and this one i kinda freehanded, the design wasn't all determined, so it changed quite a few times while i was working on it, the first one had a base in greenstuff, but that didn't work, so had to start over.

and about the count as oblits, i am so many have asked me about them and getting a hold of some i am also gonna ask SD but he is a busy man too, so thought it be a good idea to ask you all for advice:)

I looked at the other designs of sonic weponry online then doodked a bit and found a look i was fairly happy with for the blast master.
