Hey guys, just wanted to upload a bunch of the WIP shots of my Thousand sons armor, the tanks are mostly done with just a few small touch ups, details and of course transfers when they are released. 

 

The Dreadclaw is just in the base coat stage and i need to do a bit of weathering on her, but otherwise she is nearing completion as well.

The Proteus is such a cute little tank. Too bad it is so expensive for what it does.

Hey guys, I put in a little work to finish and paint up my Thousand Sons apothecary conversions.

 

The idea was that one would be a standard Legion Medicae , the other would be a Pavoni Healer.

There is a little touch up that I'll need to do (Like addressing the mold line on the Vorjah's leg), but otherwise the warriors are basically finished.

I was tempted to buy the apothecary set the other day (bought choom for a heavy support squad instead). But I wasn't sure how to do them, you now make me wish I had bought them as they are stunning to look at.

Hey Guys, I have been preoccupied with work lately, but I have managed to knock out a few more Legionaries. I was pretty excited to see how the Metallic red scheme translates to the MK II Power Armor. It was exhausting washing the all of the recesses without ruining the red finish, but I think the effort was worth it. 

 

I don't think I'll be doing many more Thousand Sons in MK II because of how tedious it was, but I'm glad I have these guys, to add a bit of variety to my Tactical squads.

It's going to be a 15 man squad in full Achaen set. I'll mix in a few Anvillus Backpacks for variety, and was thinking about painting the squad faceplates in a mix of red/gold maybe 10/5.
