You can definitely see the Vanguard with their swords aloft on the cover. Edit: Never mind. Yeah this is so strange and disappointing. It costs GW pennies to add the full sprue and it would make this smaller box legitimately great. At least it looks like the Sergeant and the AGL are on the same half-sprue so you get a functionally complete squad (although the Chainsword is the weakest option for melee weapons). I guess it calls back to this guy.
