On the topic of Khorne snipers/marksmen, does anyone remember that one Blood Pact sniper Abnett wrote? That guy was cool.

Didn't read it. I'm commissioning someone to do an art piece for a fictional character bordering Alice, so I've completely shoved 40k aside.

That being said I am pretty indifferent to the idea, so if I mark him Khornate I'd more likely do it out of spite than caring, but would still be able to detail it.

Which however, belongs in the World Eater topic.

Just read the rumour debunk. I'm glad that we don't have primarchs reappearing in 40k as I know we will remain the broken legion that gets a lack of attention. Id doubt GW would even grant us someone like Decimus or Sevatar as a special character who for the most part unifys the legion.

Well Sevatar never actually dies in any story I've read. All we have to prove his death is the word of a Night Lord who has something to gain from his "death".. Then again. we only have the Night Lords' word for Curze's death too.. ;) the vid-log does short out just before Curze is struck, and he's been able to survive far more destructive creatures as seen in Prince of Crows (that should be cryptic enough to not need a spoiler).

Sevatar I like the not knowing, the idea he may one day return gives us a small hope but not enough to smile.

As for our Lord id hope that many Night Lords wouldn't be fooled especially seeing as Soul Hunter chased down the Assassin carrying his head.

Night Haunter wanted Death he would pull a Magic disapearing trick with duplicate body switch on us...would he? :unsure.:

Nah, Kurze is in the ground for better or for worse.

S'what makes us the only honestly righteous legion. Our Father's death vindicated his woes, proving every truth he ever spoke in life.

"I crucify every man, woman and child on this planet and twenty others because great justice! The Imperium sends a lone assassin to kill me without collateral damage! TOTALLY THE SAME THING SHUT UP YOU'RE NOT MY REAL DAD"

Yeah, I don't see it.

Hey Guys,

I wanted to share Night Lords customisation ideas that each of us have, hopefully it will inspire a more diverse looking legion or just add that extra layer cool to already awesome.

Please join in and share anything cool you have done or seen.

Yeah, I don't see it.

I would like to direct the jury's attention to Exhibit A, Annihilation by Exterminatus. It was used to destroy all of the Traitor Primarch's homeworlds, it was also used to destroy any planet an Inquisitor or Space Marine has deemed of questionable loyalty in the ten thousand years sincethe Heresy. "Collateral damage" is such a bad term to describe that calling it an understatement is an understatement of an understatemet.

But Curze made all that look pretty. :D

Pffft yeah he did :D

If nothing else, our dad had crazy awesome tastes in fashion and genocidal annihilation.

Plus he gave the best hugs, I mean Vulkan gives good hugs but there is no comparison.

Hmm... I'm not sure whether to feel flattered or ripped off.

Yeah, definitely feeling slightly ripped off. Too many similarities... the pose, the claws, the two mutilated dudes on the base...

Nah its not that similar if you take the models of their bases and stick them on a surfboard only the Primarch rocks that look.

I needed the image out of my head.

On the one hand, I'm not saying you don't have the right to feel that way. On the other hand, with as many Chaos Lords as there are on raised bases, and the fact that even the Chaos Terminator Lord comes on a raised base with a standard pose of leaning forward, the odds are that they went with a general design that fits Curze's style, and that you and Simon have parallel thought patterns, rather than him plagiarizing your model when he probably doesn't even know it exists.
