Great to see this thread back up and running, even if the Sons are the wrong colour.....

 

Like I've said before, love the work on the kit bashed sorcerers and it's great to see them painted up!

Thank you LC Eidolon! It's more or less running, but slowly, very slowly... At some point, I think I'll paint at least one sorcerer in red colours. Esp. now with the red contrast paints.

Minimal progress on my ETL VII vow.

I barely progress at the moment. Mostly because the white cloths on the sorcerer really demotivated me. This happens almost every time I paint one of the guys. But he is done. Sufficiently for the table to be played.

Still 4 Scarab Occult and one Exalted to go!

I'm not a fan of painting those fabrics either, planning on trying some contrast colours to see if it helps :-)

I can sympathise with being reluctant to paint certain parts, but if it helps you really got a killer white there. It's so clean and strong while still harmonising with all the rest. The sorcerer looks fantastic. Can't wait to see the rest of the bunch!
