Hey, bit of a newbie question I suppose but my opponent and I had our first taste of 8th Edition melee the other day and I had a question; we went with his idea that after models pile in (my guys had charged), only models within 1" of an enemy model or a friendly model that Is in range actually fight, resulting in 4 of my 5 Intercessors and then 5 of his 10 tzaangors battling, followed by the consolidation; is that right? Also just to make sure because of my iron hands Chapter Tactics; when hit by a multi damage weapon (Soulreaper Cannon) do I roll for each actual wound or just each unsaved hit? Or; hit for a single D2 weapon, roll one or two dice for wounds?
