Also, I love that Mourn has joined us; I know way more of the ECs (OOC obviously) than I do of the renegade loyalists, so it's nice to have a point of familiarity that isn't Khorne.  (No offense, Bloodlovers.)

Happy to be here! I'm sure Mourn is too, even if he wouldn't admit it.

I'm sure having a soon tobe Slaanesh-aligned marine in a party of Khornates is going to go well in the future too.

And the Tzeentchians are here rubbing our hands together wickedly over the promise of religious strife.

Just to make sure, Atesh is the one being offered the parade view?

No, that's Tarh Teshub, @Trokair's chap. He also has a battle tortoise, which is fab.

If you want to take in the parade, though, you're perfectly welcome to.

Hey just out of curiosity, again need to update my oneNote; where are those Drukhari corpses?  And Atesh would have seen 'em at the briefing right?  Fun fact: This is not the first campaign I've had that involved corpse-play, and it worked last time.  So.

They were/are on the Razor, but I can fudge a little if you've got something up your sleeve. Lay it on us.

It's not contingent on the Drukhari corpses.

Atesh has an idea about plague messing stuff up on Bounty.  Atesh has...let's see if I get this right...

GM ONLY (please)

Spoiler

Concerns about bringing Nurgle into it, and was wondering if there was some xenos disease among these corpses we could use as bio warfare.

If not, I want to create a plague issue, going so far as to invoke Nurgle's name...and at the last minute, I want to convince the Sororitas that flame is the only way to cleanse the colony, and then Atesh can consecrate the ensuing conflagration to the True God.

Suffice it to say: The hospital being completely outside of the city proper, being a military hospital that may focus on the most important over the most needy/highest priority targets in times of desperation and only make bigger problems for themselves.

Such military might be persuaded that the only way to fix such a situation is with combustible materials.

@BadgersinHills:  By the Eight, is Mourn about to make himself a new harp?

Fabius ONLY:

Spoiler

Something could come about from the Drukhari, certainly, maybe a gut culture or something, but I am unsure how compatible it would be raw, since human physiology and Drukhari are very different. This would take a significant amount of work, but I'm sure it is possible. Apothecary Iscario would have to be approached about it to distil and formulate something.

If you're looking for something faster/more immediate, I am sure other avenues closer to home (ie human) would be a little easier to come by. You only need a scoop of untreated water in some hicksville to start an outbreak of Cholera, for example. The only fly in the bacterial soup is your alignment. If you go down the route of disease, you will pick up a +1 Align with Nurgle, and get -1 Tzeentch for Opposition. Dedicating the final pyre would possibly buy the Tzeentch point back.

What could be more fruitful in shorter order, but still using the xenos, is that the Drukhari poison weapons could be applied, hence presenting the suspicion there is disease, and leading the Imperium up the wrong path. This would also remove the alignment shifts and be significantly easier to introduce.

As for the Imperials burning things down, I'm fairly sure that's pretty much a given, considering the Sisters' love of flame.

TL:DR, I've no objection to your plan, but the execution needs firming up.

Any help?

@FabiusV4lcoran  (and @Mazer Rackham obviously)

Without having read the spoilered bit, so I don't know if I've picked up on your plan, but...

my immediate thought was plague is obviously Nurgle, and totally opposed to Tzeentch, which is an odd choice.

Then I saw the bit about encouraging the military to burn the plague away, weakening Nurgle again! Genius, that Tzeentch would love

Stay tuned...

He's not corrupted enough for that, being only a recent recruit to a small warband of the Legion and so not as exposed to Chaos as other traitor legionnaires. Rules wise he isn't even Slaanesh-aligned yet as I wanted to get a few Khorne skills before they became more expensive after picking Slaanesh.

"Not corrupted enough" but "ye'll not shove a daemon up ma arse" sounds "like fun" to him, huh?
